The staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive and friendly. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and given a helpful orientation with recommendations for dining and activities. Our balcony room was equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a refrigerator, safe, AC, and complimentary tea, water. the minibar items were reasonably priced, and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel even packed us breakfast on the day we had to check out early. They went above and beyond by assisting us in purchasing SIM cards for our week-long stay in Viet Nam. As guests with families, we appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.
