the shower was so disgustingly mouldy it took me to ask for it to be cleaned! also, the staff was slow and inattentive, not exactly what i expected. surely, a complimentary upgrade or at least some decency would have been appropriate! i almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t because of these disappointments.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, which was perfect for our little walks with the kids. The staff were attentive and helped us arrange our tours effortlessly. The breakfast spread was fantastic, ensuring our family started the day right.
My children wished the pool area was a bit more kid-friendly.

The hotel is ideally located near the lake and just a short walk to numerous attractions. Our room was spacious and offered a refreshing view of the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided great recommendations for local dining and experiences.
The breakfast selection could use some improvement after a few days.

great stay with minor issues
The deluxe double room with city view was spacious and offered a fantastic outlook. The staff were not only warm and friendly but also went above and beyond to ensure comfort during our stay. The location made it easy to explore the old quarter and nearby attractions at our leisure.
While the overall experience was very good, I found the breakfast variety could have been improved.

We loved our stay here, especially when we were welcomed with a complimentary room upgrade and Kate's helpful tour recommendations. The hotel has a fantastic spa with a relaxing sauna and soothing massage options. The only thing was, the breakfast could’ve had a bit more variety after a few days. 🌟

My stay was wonderful, especially being so close to St Joseph Cathedral and only a few steps from Pho 10, where I indulged in some of the best local flavors. the staff were incredibly friendly and made every effort to make me feel at home during my visit.
